Broward Trauma and Mental Health Fund

As we continue to try and process the horrific tragedy at the Stoneman Douglas High School we share in the grief of all 17 innocent lives that we lost and strive for the strength and healing of our entire Broward County Community.  Together, we unite in the hope for a better and stronger tomorrow.

In the wake of this enormous tragedy in our community, the Jewish Federation of Broward County has opened a fund to address the immediate and long term mental health needs of our community members.  For both the Jewish community and the community at-large, we must secure the necessary resources to provide for mental health counseling, training for front line professionals, and creating safe places with appropriate experts and counselors to allow for the treatment of ongoing trauma for students, teachers, families, and community members.  100% of funds donated will go directly to fill this critical need.
